Very slow to deal with matters, my purchaser used them for conveyancing. They took over a week to answer emails on a regular basis. They did not reply to messages and do not like being progress chased. They stated to our estate agents that they were dealing with someone elses work, seemingly ignoring everything else. They had to be pushed to get the sale through before christmas. After waiting over two weeks for the file to be reviewed. Personally I would not recommend using their services, trying to get a removal company two days before Christmas ? Thanks for ruining the holidays for us!
