        Great communication, even sourced out 2 scents that I asked for and got them in just so I had the scents I requested. If that isn't awesome customer service then there's something wrong with you. I received my snap bar about 2 weeks ago and I've only just started on the second square. The scent lasts everytime you burn and its lovely and subtle but enough to fragrance your room. Everything I want from a wax melt. Can't wait to receive my next order already. This is the lady to go too for awesome customer service and amazing products that last not only in burn time but scent too. Thanks Kate. You're a legend
