Jon and his team completed; a full loft conversion, changes to our downstairs layout and a new build utility room on the side of our property, earlier this year. Having had work done previously on our property by Jon, we understood and appreciated that there would be a wait once we booked the job before he could start, but we also knew that it would be well worth the wait and we wouldnt be confident in going with anyone else. From start to finish (around 5 months) everything was so well organised and we were kept informed every step of the way. Jon helped suggest ideas in order for us to maximise space and was more than happy to make little changes along the way. The whole job was completed with minimal disruption (some days we didnt even know they were here) and they were very considerate of being in and around a busy family home. Jon and his team are professional and reliable and will not disappoint, nothing is ever too much trouble and they take such pride in their work. Jon has helped us achieve so much more than just adding bricks and mortar; the changes/additions have had such a huge impact on our daily lives, turning dreams into reality, and we really cant thank him enough.

Jon at 1st Choice Builders Ltd is the amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, he works really hard and the quality of his work is excellent. Jon is extremely reliable and explains everything on the build as it goes along. We added a few extra jobs to our build as we went along which was no problem to Jon. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you Jon for the work you did on our house. It has exceeded our expectations and we love our new improved home.

Jon is really hard working, helpful and reliable. Nothing has been too much trouble. His work is excellent and he has been really considerate and made all aspects of our extension easy.

1st Choice Builders are the most amazing building team we have ever engaged to work for us. They are polite, courteous and hardworking, demonstrating excellent workmanship, positive relationships with neighbours, ourselves and our inquisitive children . Nothing is too much trouble. You will have to wait for them as they are very much in demand, but I promise you they are well worth waiting for. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They are amazing - over and above the call of duty in every aspect!

I really cant sing 1st Choice Builders praise enough! What a team! The guys were so professional, clean, tidy, efficient and absolutely no worries in leaving them in charge of the house! In fact they actually become part of the furniture and I was so sorry to see them go! However, what they did leave me with was a fabulous porch entrance room that is such a credit to their talent, vision and 2nd to none craftsmanship! Jon & Richard really do have a gift & most importantly they guide you, they tell you what will make your project mega special (totally exceeded my expectations) for that I cant wait until you come back for the kitchen / dinning room project! Thank you soooo much!!!
