Bought a Nissan micra yesterday, picked up today with no hassle, very quick communication, Martin was lovely he even did our service today himself instead of putting me in the que for next month. Will be going back again to purchase another car. Car was very clean and presented to me well.

We received 5 customer care from this company. Our car developed a fault shortly after purchase. KDR did everything they could to address the issue including sending the car to the main dealers workshop, unfortunately to no avail. Their customer care included getting us a replacement vehicle. It was a very frustrating time for us and for KDR but their customer care was second to none.

Buying a car during covid 19 This was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever made, A true honest car dealer who answered all my questions over the phone about the car I wanted, he understood I had a tight budget and kindly adjusted the price for me, he explained the whole transaction would be over the phone and via bank transfer, due to covid 19 I wasnt even able to take the car for a test drive, I had to trust this dealer completely, Im so glad I did, The car was delivered with a new MOT a service, oil and filter change, and cleaned beautifully , he also put two new tyres on the car because the others looked a little cracked, along with a three month warranty. The car is exactly as he said it was, every single thing, and I absolutely love it, so nice to come across a good honest dealer I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a car.
