Absolutely superb service from a top-class commercial agent. Having not sold a business before, there was much to learn. However, both Sean and Rhys were behind me every step of the way. It is clear that Sean is an expert in his field with a wealth of experience. He was precise with his valuation, the marketing was polished and he generated much interest. I was presented with several credible buyers and all was dealt with in the strictest of confidence. As an estate agent we both appreciate how invaluable communication is and, as with any sale, effective progression is vital. Never once did I feel that progress was slow, that I was starved of information, or that my agent was not on top of the situation. To the contrary, and to his great credit, this is Rhys particular strength. He provided regular updates, he knew instinctively when an issue needed to be progressed and he did so effectively but with a light touch. At the point the deal was sealed, Sean was able to recommend an outstanding solicitor and he even put the finance package together for the buyer! I am certain that had it not been for such a conscientious and diligent approach, the sale would not have been transacted so smoothly. Sean, Rhys thank you so much.
