I Must say that i have to agree with the gentleman that made a review about the miserable staff in coupllands bakery .whenever i have gone in there on more than one occasion they are miserable and look as if you are inconveiencing them by asking for food.. There customer service stinks i go elsewhere now to find a bakery with friendlier staff in it ,Couplands be a biitmore picky when hiring staff as the ones you hire are miserable

Staffs attitude to having to make a sandwich was shocking. This is the second time I have been there and both times was the same type of service both times.

Compulsory face masks as from today, signs in shop telling customers to wear face masks, but not one of the staff are wearing them

Ordered a Christening cake for my Granddaughters christening day great value for money the cake was beautifully decorated, we ordered chocolate sponge as a few people dislike vanilla sponge ,as soon as the cake was cut you could smell the chocolate ,the sponge was very light and very very tasty I would highly recommend even the icing had a lovely taste too would most definitely order in the future ;-)
