Would not recommend! They sent an engineer to fix my boiler as boiler had broken down in the morning, he said it was fixed only to find out it was NOT fixed. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

I can't knock them, been superb to us personally Can't vouch for others, but if a high price is worth a low rating, bit harsh in my mind

Awful. Avoid like the plague. Caused further damage to my property, they charged a ridiculous call out fee, the total fee for the job was such a rip off. 800 to nail in 3 slate tiles. Most expensive other quote recieved was 180. Awful service when calling to complain and refused to come back out to sort and just put the phone down.
