There are no words to describe how simply beautiful The Lakehouse is!
Amy & Gavin are the most excellent hosts, both so informative and helpful from the moment I enquired.
The Lakehouse is the most equipped rental property we have ever stayed in. They really have thought of EVERYTHING.
Each bedroom is spacious, clean and the beds are SO comfy. It was so nice as a group of 6 to finally find somewhere with 3 bedrooms with 3 beds for couples (usually the third room is a twin).
We came over to Clitheroe for our friends wedding but we are so glad we turned it into a mini break. We loved how far away we felt and we had a great time in the evenings in the hot tub, cooking on the bbq & listening to music with no-one else around.
We all agreed it is the best UK stay we have all ever had & we cant thank Amy & Gavin enough.
The only downfall is that we had to leave!
Cant wait to come back again soon :)
