Absolutely fantastic service from the whole team. Everyone was very helpful and really friendly right through the whole process. Our fire installation went smoothly and was fitted to a high standard by a great team, who worked extremely hard. A big thank you everyone for your high quality customer service and expertise.

The quote Ive just received is an absolute joke. 6820 in all for a 5kw multi fuel system. 1632 for the stove which is a couple hundred off the price you can get online, 1856 for laying a stone hearth2758 for installing the flue and it really isnt that hard a job specially if I hire the scaffold I said I would. I hope at least a few people read this and stay clear. Complete rip off and at a time when they should be charging fair prices to broaden their outreach and new customers. Old tactics by a business that wont last the next 10 years, sick of these pathetic trades.

I went to Skipton to try and find a stove, not intending to visit Skipton Stoves, we visited the showroom with lots of stoves on display. We spoke to Rob who was very knowledgeable and arranged a survey. The service from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend Skipton Stoves.

They came to look at a good job i had for them, and to price it up. I had to chase and chase and chase them up for the price and they just kept feeding me with excuses. Lost all faith in them. I would not recommend them. Customer service is non existent.
