Had our free clean. Windows left dripping as they never dried them off or polished them. Left a card saying how much they would charge. It was around double what we'd paid before. When I'd picked myself up off the floor I got in touch by email to say we didn't want another at that price. It took quite a lot of back and forth with emails before they accepted the cancellation. What a faff.
