what a dump!! rude staff, dirty, smelly changing rooms. its an absolute disgrace. sauna barely warm. steam room never works. we left a lucozade bottle in the sauna. its still there 5 weeks later.

This afternoon I have been unfairly treated by a member of staff and management at the rise fitness club gym Skipton I have been a member for well over a year now, I spoke to a member of staff if there were any better deals and to email the manager Lucy. After cancelling the membership I was then told to re join after my free month was to an end however this particular member of staff who has a personal issue with me regarding somebody not putting there weights back prior to this 5 month before and then I had told him they wasn't my weights and wouldn't put them back ever since I felt he had an issue with me. Today he has confronted me saying you are no longer a member and not welcome. I then tried explaining to him that I was now into my free month that I had retrieved after signing up a friend and showed him proof of this but he was being very ignorant and rude after calling management and saying I am no longer welcome and to leave. I have been unfairly treated and will be taking further action as I did enjoy training there I just want to let other folk know before they decide to join. Thank you
