Never answers the phone. Placed an order 10 days ago, I was supposed to be told when I could collect, email said sent to them 8 days ago. Nothing, can't get in touch and don't want to make a special journey in case they haven't got it. How am I supposed to find out if they don't let you know or answer the phone.

Awful to the point of dangerous. Unfortunately we used this pharmacy recently for prescription formula for our baby. We had a repeat prescription over a year so had to collect regularly. Not on one single occasion did they manage to get the prescription ready on time, meaning we had to wait or go back another time and on one occasion they said they had run out. They didnt bother informing us until we went in to collect so we were stuck without food for our baby. More recently my wife went to collect some medication, she waited 10 minutes then was told she couldnt pay because they had turned the card machine off. She didnt kick up a fuss like she should have. What if the medication was vital? If this level of appalling customer service is the norm here, as I expect it is, they will, sooner or later be responsible for a death through someone not getting the medication they need, in-fact id be surprised if it hasnt happened already.
