UPDATE Went today 23/03/19. Pharmacist never turned up so absolute nightmare to get medication. The pharmacy are well aware that I get my meds each Saturday to take at 8am. No back up plan in place. Staff just hid in back of shop. Finally the pharmacist came up from other shop to hand out meds for 1 hour at 1030. Every Saturday there's always an issue with pharmacist being late!! I left this pharmacy because every time they had issues!! When I moved here my old GP gave me 2 post dated prescriptions so I was covered until I got registered at new GP surgery! 1st problem - 2 weeks after handing it in they hadn't even bothered to get my meds ready and when they went looking for the prescription it took then over half an hour to actually find it. 2nd problem - The following week again they couldn't find my prescription when they finally did they realised that the prescription hadn't been signed by my old GP. I know that wasn't thier fault but when I dropped them off the pharmacist checked them and said they were fine and would be ready. I had to wait 6 hours for the GP to sort it out and bare in mind I am supposed to take my meds at 9am everyday and because of what they were (strong painkillers) I started going in to withdrawals!! Each week for 6 weeks there was always an issue or they hadn't bothered getting my order ready so I had to move to the other Lloyds!! Not an organised pharmacy at all!!!
