Vision Express Opticians - Skipton

Staff appreciation for Donna - Ive been back & forth to this branch since January after a few issues with the prescription I was prescribed by the optician & having re-tests etc. I ended up opting for a full refund & taking back the lenses they had provided me. Donna was the only member of staff on the shop floor who didnt make me feel like an inconvenience for calling the store multiple times / having my eyes re-tested & eventually opting for the full refund. If it wasnt for Donna working there I dont think I would be marking it as 5 stars. I really appreciated her kindness & really helpful customer service. I would recommend dealing with Donna if shes available.

Went to Vision Express, Skipton and the customer service was excellent. I had a bad experience with another branch but in Skipton they couldn't do enough. Very thorough examination and lots of help. Thank you.

Cannot fault it at all, went to boots a week ago in whitehaven and was told i had to wait until early December for an appointment. By chance I was in Skipton, walked in, 30 mins later I was getting an eye test and the glasses were 50 cheaper. The staff were lovely and my optician was a great laugh, the women who did my pre test and billed me was a pleasure. Absolutely recommend
