Northern Motorhome Buyer

We purchased a motorhome just before Christmas and the van arrived 2 hours later than we agreed with full assurances it was late because it had been fully checked. To date it has been back 4 times with 2 big problems, one was an electrical problem the other was the water pipes kept bursting. The last time we rang about the water pipe bursting again, we were not contacted despite the owner Stephen Bell saying he'd look into it. In the end my husband solved the problem, after finding, initially the replacement pipe wasn't suitable, but the main problem was two of the hot air pipes weren't connected causing the hot air to blow directly onto the water pipe heating it up and softening it allowing the water pressure to burst through. When we first started to set up the van we noticed mice had been chewing the truma heater under the bed, clearly demonstrating it had not been checked or fully serviced we had no apology or assurances until we complained, when I got money for diesel.1 We had to return to Skipton 4 times from Leeds . If you do buy from this supplier, insist on a full run down of the vehicle ( we didnt because it was 5pm , 2 hours after been sat in the cold.The overassurances should have tipped me off. I can not recommend this company because aftercare wasn't thorough.

Just bought our first motorhome from here, the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic, not pushey at all, very friendly and they deliver what they promise, hassle free, Mario and Julie explained everything and looked after us from the moment we got there to going back 4 days later to collect our motorhome. Very happy customers would highly recommend
