The service we received from Vicky and Lizzie in Skipton was first class from start to finish. At every point in the process we were constantly informed of the progress of our application. We did have one minor issue when first arriving in our property but that was quickly rectified within 24 hours of reporting.

As a prospective tenant I found Linley and Simpson to be most friendly, helpful and professional in all my dealings with them. They answered the phone promptly and got back to me when promised etc. I would certainly recommend them to anyone letting or selling a home - as a firm which would represent them well
