About 2 years ago the estate agent which had managed our property for some 50 years sold its residential letting business to a large national firm. A year later told us it no longer wanted our commercial lettings which forced us to find a new agent. It was very much a blessing in disguise as we had become increasing dissatisfied with the impersonal service. Carlings is a small local firm which gives the personal service we needed. They offer sensible advice, deal diplomatically with tenants and send regular payments supported by a straightforward invoicing system. Property repairs are carefully monitored, and communications are excellent. A great deal of stress has been removed from our lives since we moved to Carlings, and we highly recommend them.

Cannot fault the service from Carling Jones Estate Agents, from beginning to end Tom was prompt to reply to my queries quickly and efficiently and helped me with all the things I didn't understand! Really well run, local company and would highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property!
