Took a watch in for new glass with the estimate between 30 & 60. They charged 125 saying they needed to service the watch as well. Why?! Not only did they not phone me to ask this, they didn't even phone to say the watch was back. I'll be going elsewhere next time!

Over the years IWJ has repaired a number of items of jewellery for me putting right the inevitable wear that occurs when something is worn regularly. Saj's work is of the highest standard and repaired items come back looking as good as new. Whilst sorting through a drawer recently I came across some pieces I hadn't worn for years and knowing I never would wear them again decided to pop into IWJ to see if they were worth anything. This was the 1st time of using IWJ & have to say i was VERY impressed by the service i received. I went in to have my stainless steel watch strap adjusted as it was a little too tight. I took in the spare links i had & the strap was adjusted straight away until it was a perfect fit. Very professional & polite service & reasonably priced too. From my experience i would be sure to recommend this company & will definitely use them again in the future.

This jeweler is incredible - he listened very carefully to the story behind the ring I needed to be resized and repaired - and recognised its 'value' to me - and then applied a wealth of knowledge and skills to ensure he repaired/altered a family ring so that it can be worn for another generation or two. Taking such great care, he even perfectly matched up 19th century gold and took the time to explain the processes involved. 100% recommendation. The 'Repair Shop' comes to Skipton. Thank you!
