Yorkshire Housing

Very disappointed in this association, our property took 4 months to sort a leaky roof out. I want to rent a garage but despite phone calls and emails nobody is bothered, a waste of peoples time. Throwing money away despite 4 being empty. Now my only hope is to get away from these charlatans, they are in it for the money and not to support tennants. They just dont care. Customer service is non existent, messages probably dont get through because everyone is working from home, well that is their excuse. I could go on forever moaning about this lot, disgraceful and despicable.

I am unfortunate enough to have my property boundary joining some yorkshire housing land in Skipton. I have made several phone calls over the past year trying to get these people to remove overgrown trees that are causing damage to my fence and making the place look untidy. They keep saying they will sort it but never do. I even took time off work work to meet them to discuss the issue but they never turned up. If you treat you tenants like you treat your neighbours then I feel very sorry for them. You are useless. I will be cutting your trees down and throwing all vegetation back onto your property. If my new fence gets damaged by your trees in the future you will be paying for it to be rectified. WHAT A WASTE OF SPACE
