Bought a lovely candle from this shop for 12!. BUT when we got back home & lit it, the candle sparked & tunnelled whilst it was still lit. When we brought it to the stores attention, they presumptuously blamed us for cutting the wick too short & were very rude.! On their last correspondence, they even refused store credit and said they cannot accept it being returned as damaged goods! & had the audacity to say our emails were threatening!!??
