What a joke. Why give directions to the wrong place. Having to spend half an hour driving round Skipton to locate some obscure building nowhere near where they give an address for. Sort it out. Pathetic. Go somewhere else. Staff are rude and unhelpful. What a ferkin bag of poo.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR THEORY TEST AS IT IS SHUT NOW, PLEASE USE THE BD23 2HU. IT SHOULD BE A SMALL BUILDING WITH RED WRITING SAYING 'High Street House'

Very disappointed that the Pearson Centre have not the common sense to update their information online, this is basic practice nowadays with any business. At the time of writing the mobile directions are for the Carleton Road site, which is no longer where they are based. My daughter missed her theory test and when we eventually located the new address we were met with a miserable and disagreeable response from a very unhelpful gentleman. If he had been bothered to listen to us and our explanation that we searched for 'The Pearson Centre' on our mobile device when we were in Skipton it took us to the Carleton address he may have been a little more understanding. If you are reading this review before booking your test I suggest heading elsewhere. I also suggest The Pearson Centre update their online information - the generation who are taking their driving tests nowadays use their mobile phones and don't (rightly or wrongly) cross reference emails.
