Professional service and very thorough. Home2Discover was the only surveyor I could find that could carry out a survey at relatively short notice. Communication was excellent throughout the process and they presented everything clearly. I've had a few surveys done in the past and none have been as detailed and careful as this one.

After having had a bad experience with a previous house survey I wanted to make sure that I didn't make the same mistake again. Alan and Mel at Home2discover were absolutely fantastic and explained in detail without any hard sell why there model would meet my requirements. From the very start we felt that our best interests were a priority. The desktop survey identified at an early stage that building regulations had not been applied correctly, thus allowing both parties to make critical decisions. The house we were buying was coming up to 100 years old and Alan's knowledge and experience certainly told us in plain English what we would be getting into if we went ahead with the purchase. The survey report was beyond anything that I had seen in the RICS type tick box surveys. The report explained what the problem was and how it could be rectified and what would be the outcome if left unattended. Moving house is a difficult experiance for sure, but I would 100% recommend contacting Home2Discover to help you make what is the most important part of your purchase. We did buy the house in the end and I would honestly say that many of the decisions were based on the information provided in the report. One mont on we are absolutely loving our new home. Alan, was totally professional, provided a level of detail that was honest and clear and allowed us to make the right and informed decision about the house we were having surveyed. Would we use Alan again, absolutely.

Excellent service, very quick and reliable and answered all my questions. If I could ask for anything else I would probably ask that he put estimates of prices on the things that needed sorting. Would definitely use again.
