For me, it would be hard to decide between these two super breweries. Copper Dragon pips it , though, because of the freshness and food. I am glad they have survived.

Just called in for some beer on the way home.. Welcomed me in & even gave me a taste of the Golden piping (best beer I've tasted in a very long time..) + sat & had a chat
They deserve success & a genuinely great team of people who care about their product.
