Dad moved here after a deterioration in his condition made his previous home unable to manage him. Although a demanding resident, with complex needs, he is treated excellently. The staff manage his care well and encourage him to be with other residents. My visits are random and unannounced, even so I always find Dad well cared for, clean and tidy and in his own clothes. He has a nice room suitable for his needs. There are plenty of staff around and they involve other care agencies as soon as they identify a problem. The whole place is clean and tidy.
