We had our carpets fitted today and it was no hassle at all. Staff were excellent and provided a first class service. We are over the moon with our carpets and we will be recommending them.

This firm fitted my carpet on behalf of Barker and Stonehouse The fitting was ok but he didnt return to stretch the carpet. I reported that it needed a slight stretch with a photograph, in October 2020 Obviously I had to wait until April after the shops opened to tell Barker and Stonehouse that Mr Henderson hadnt been in touch. I was given his number and texted in April but he didnt reply to the text. I texted again this week and when I said I thought it was unprofessional not to let the customer know what is happening I was told this was abuse. A disappointing and unprofessional result. Im now in the 7th month of waiting for it to be stretched.

Really grateful to Henderson's Carpet & Flooring for fitting our floor after we were left high and dry for months by another local flooring company's fitters. Thankfully, it all worked out in our favour in the end. We are really pleased with the professional service and finish we received from Henderson's. Wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending them to others.
