Great soft play for nearly 3yo and 5yo. Ordered a meal from the dairy free menu - which they specifically found for us. Meal came and quickly realised (after a few bites) that it had cheese in it. Returned it and fresh meal provided. Thankfully, only an intolerance to contend with but pretty poor kitchen management and could be a very different story if that meal had been provided to someone with milk allergy.
