        Fantastic prices. Upgraded my caddy maxi startline. Supplied the parts that were need for my new Multi function steering wheel and cruise control. After sales service brilliant when the garage had a glitch with the software changes, they went through the Diagnostics on the phone to the tech mechanic. Will be using VW Direct again for my next upgrade.

        Had cruise control fitted on my VW T6, excellent job done, even went further and used diagnostics to identify some of the other issues I had too which my local garage misdiagnosed. Overall very happy and can't recommend enough.

        I had cruise control retrofitted to my MK6 VW Golf GTD by VWDirect. I was booked in and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate. Cruise control was fitted within half an hour with genuine VWAG parts and works an absolute charm, so happy with the end result and will be recommending to everyone. Thank you!

        Brilliant customer service!!! quick response, very knowledgeable, genuine part fair price shipped on time, went out of their way to assist with Cruise Control System coding requirements for 2014 VW Caddy. We are located on the other side of the world Sydney Australia I can only imagine the quality of service they provide to local customers. Highly recommended will definitely use again!!!
