One star is generous.. Booked in a fire risk assessment with this company. Called twice to find out what time the assessor was attending my company, no time given. Was told the assessor would contact me and when I asked for their number, I was not given one. Waited at the office until 5pm - no show at all and no courtesy call was made to say the risk assessor was not coming. Would not use this company again.

As a person not 100% clear of what is required for a small business in terms of meeting safety standards i found Gemma to be fantastic, very friendly and professional. She carried out a thorough assessment of the premises and went above and beyond to ensure complete safety and a very clear report to informed everyone how to maintain high standards in the future! thank you very much Gary and Gemma

We can highly recommend Gary and all of Staines Fire Safety. We have used them for 2 large holiday homes and they are very quick to respond, easy to communicate with and get the job done quickly.
