Had a great start with this practice when I first registered about a year ago. Was seen to immediately spoke to 2 amazing people one being DR Harveyand another a South Afrcian nurse. Attended for my covid vaccines with no issues in June. Rang today for an appointment for the 3rd week in a row (lines just completely busy - this person is unavailable) and just lucky enough to get through at 8:30 to be told I have been struck off the register?! Mind, my children and partner are still registered?? Told, I must of moved or had a hospital letter returned. Explained neither of these things happened...was told to come in asap to recomplete their forms. On arrival I asked surely there must be records of previous forms and told yes there are so it was a waste of time me attending the GP. Receptionist short and abrupt with me when it's not been an error of mine at all. No communication and lack of information it seems at this surgery. Not very confident that I am putting my health and the health of my family in their hands. Am making a formal complaint!
