What an amazing yoga teacher Nes is! She is knowledgeable, considerate, friendly and very approachable. She explains everything in really easy to understand ways, and sets the difficulty perfectly for each person. She found lots of ways for me to do things even though I have dodgy wrists. I have been to her de-stress class, restorative class, and a slightly stronger movement class. The benefits of all of them are amazing. I leave feeling stronger, calmer, rested and better equipped to take on the day. I cannot recommend Nes' classes enough. I have enjoyed every single one and cannot wait for more.
