Cant recommend enough, probably owe my eye sight to these guys. I woke up with a pain in my eye, rang them at 10am and they saw me within 2 hours, i was at the hospital by 3pm. Who knows what would have happened otherwise. Excellent service and care, unlike some of the bigger company's in this business area.

Very quick and efficient. Extremely professional. My new lenses were accurate, and I have had no problems with them. They were also great about collecting as they have to make an appointment for this. I was quite busy and needed to come in sooner than they were able. They called me back and made an appointment the next day for me. Will definitely use them in the future.

Awful. I called them to make an appointment and said i had recently had an eye test with specsavers. I was told by the receptionist that i would need another test but it would be free. So appointment made. Two weeks later they called me 2 hours before my appointment saying they had changed their mind and would be charging me. So i changed my mind and went elsewhere.

I love Auckland Opticians. They have always shown me exceptional customer service whenever I have been to see them for eye tests or to get new glasses. All of the staff are very professional and also really friendly and accommodating. They have a lovely selection of frames and they are also more than happy to find frames for you they don't currently have what you fancy in stock. I've been to many opticians over the years and felt rushed or felt my eyes hadn't benefitted from a proper health check. This has never been an issue at Auckland's, they have been my optician of choice for many years now and have always been very thorough. Their advice is spot on. I can't recommend them enough!
