Very unreliable company. Unreliable delivery schedule. Bad costumer service (over the phone). I strongly recommend you to NOT purchase any item on the website: Beards and Moustaches.co.uk (which is facilitated by Bursting With Health organisation. Please, follow detailed story below. I've ordered an item on the 25th of January and the order wasn't delivered in my house within the stipulated schedule of '3 business days'. I called the number on the website 6 business days later to check what had happened to my delivery and the member of staff (Steven) was very rude on the phone, and not letting me speak and on top of that asked me to leave my house and go to the Royal Mail collection point to check if the order wasn't there. I found that an absurd as I expected this was the responsibility of the company to do (Bursting with Health / Beardsandmoustaches.co.uk) to do and not mine (the costumer). Obviously I didn't receive any notification of attempt of delivery from the Royal Mail, so I thought it would be an unnecessary journey to the Royal Mail to check myself (as Steven advised me). Steven also asked me to take the name of the person who I spoke to in the Royal Mail, so then the company would be able to investigate (obviously that sounds completely unprofessional as you may agree). Anyway, when I got to the Royal Mail, as expected, the staff in the counter said that I needed to have the notification of attempt of delivery or the delivery ref number provided by the Royal Mail in case there was the attempt of delivery. Obviously I didn't have that number with me and as well I wasn't supposed to check that myself (the costumer). Getting back home, I called Steven (the member of staff who answers the phone very rudely) and I explained what happened in the Royal Mail and I also passed him the information he asked me to get (address of Royal Mail and name of the staff - awful). After all that, he said it would take 15 working days to process investigation of missing order!!!!, whithin which I wouldn't be able to have a refund.!!! I ordered the product through the website because I believed it would reach my house within 3 business days as it says on the website: "Delivery Options and Prices We will process your order right away and you will be notified if there are any problems. Standard delivery is aimed to arrive within 3 business days. UK and Ireland Orders are 2.95 Post and Packing for Standard Delivery" Once the product hasn't arrived within that period (for any reason which is not my problem) and therefore I didn't need it anymore, I requested a REFUND which has been refused by our mentioned member of staff, Steven.
