        Efficient delivery. They were also very helpful in arranging an exchange when the rugs we ordered didn't suit our room. The replacement ones are brilliant!

        Think I'm on my fourth hug rug at my house (various rooms, not replacements) and bought one for my parents. Really good quality, like new after washing and stay in place really well. My only advice would be, if you are thinking of buying a matching doormat and runner...order at the same time. I got mine a few months apart and there are some mild colour differences, presumably as they are from different printing batches. Its a minor issue and does not at all detract from the quality of the products or excellent service but something I will consider when the time comes to replace my current ones. Oh and each rug has the 100% stamp of approval from my dogs. Their favourite place to sit!
