Been waiting 8 weeks for 2 of my cars repairing I ring daily both still not working and they never answer the phone I was told again last week that they would both be finished by the end of the week and another week goes by, After spending a load of money on parts my vehicles still aren't running

Took my car in for interim service and MOT. Was quoted 90 plus parts for service. It cost 200 including VAT for an oil change and filter, they charged me for an extra half hour to tighten up a sensor. So for 15 mins work and 40 in parts it cost 200. I checked what they had done when I got home as I was fitting an upgraded airfilter and also found that they also had forgotten to reconnect one of my exhaust sensors which is located above the oil filter. Not value for money and they also charged me for the extra half hour labour without contacting me first. . . I will not be going back

Can't speak for DIY shop but the garage is a joke RIP you off on Labour and car still isn't fixed avoid
