        These are great rugs, I had a small issue with mine and contacted customer service for help. They were very quick to get back to me and sorted out a replacement rug straight away. Fantastic service. Thank you.

        Had to get on to Hug at Home after their rug was left in the recycling bin and then disappeared when the recycling was collected before I got to it! The customer service advisor at Hug at Home was very apologetic (even tho' it wasn't their fault but that of the delivery Co!), and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out that day. FANTASTIC service - thanks so much!

        Fantastic quality door mats. They look and feel great, and there is a good choice of different sizes available. Much cheaper than any of the brand name barrier mats, and equally as effective, if not better. Highly recommended.
