I have been using House of Hound Hydro and Physio for my dog Skye for over a year now. Sadly Skye recently passed away but I can honestly say she loved her hydro and physio sessions with Victoria and Lisa. Skye was an anxious dog with body pain and found new situations overwhelming at times. The patience and care shown by Victoria, her hydrotherapy team and Lisa the physio was second to none. Skye left her therapy sessions much more relaxed and happy and we both reaped the benefits for days after her treatments. I have no hesitation about recommending House of Hound Hydrotherapy for your dog.

We started taking our Border Terrier Archie for treadmill sessions at House of Hound about a year ago to work on strength and build muscle in one of Archies hind legs. The facilities are fantastic and all of the staff are patient, friendly, caring and knowledgable. They clearly love all of the dogs they work with and adapt sessions to suit the individual needs of each one. Im so glad we found Victoria and House of Hound hydro and would recommend them to everyone.

Weve had a few treadmill sessions now here for our dog Harper. Shes nervous and easily excited. Zoe and Louisa have just been amazing with her. Really friendly and professional! We are so pleased with her progress so far. Harper enjoys coming to the sessions especially for the treats at the end! Would highly recommend! Thank you! x

Beware, unsafe facilities. I was attending hydro with both of my dogs and was asked by the owner to leave out of the back exit due to another dog arriving, she said she would walk us all out, it was totally pitch black and she gave us no warning that the back entrance is dangerous due to a big drop directly outside of the door near the ramp. As a result of no warning, my eldest dog who suffers with hip dysplasia slipped and fell down the big drop with heavy impact onto his back, totally counteracting the session for his mobility. Luckily, as traumatising it was to witness this, it didn't result in any visible / serious injury, he was just affected for a few days with his mobility, and no doubt, further affected his medical issue, well, we can say its certainly not going to have helped. However, what is most concerning is the owner has never apologised, never contacted me to follow up to check if he is ok and never contacted me to make another appointment, despite the fact that we agreed weekly sessions. Instead, we later heard from the owner that night, by way of a link to pay for the session - with no acknowledgment of the incident. Extremely disappointed by the lack of care for the wellbeing of a dog who suffered as a result of a dangerous exit. I highly suggest that you create protection around the fence on the steep ramp, instead of leaving it all open for a dog to fall and if you insist that a customer leaves out of the back, especially in the dark, that you warn them of the dangerous drop. I sincerely hope you have put the correct protection in place to ensure the safety or dogs who are visiting your premises as a result of medical issues. Perhaps apologising and following up is a good start, as apposed to just sending a payment link.
