Rude always makes a be line for me over the hand gel, and then proceeds to tell me she has no gloves to which I say but its not mandatory, not the first time Ive had a run in with her either where do I make a formal complaint, proceeds go to the church,yet how can someone make you feel so uncomfortable in a charity shop
