        What a fantastic place, so caring and so kind to all these poor birds that are poorly or injured.

        It says their phones are available 24/7. They are not. I rescued an Owl and tried 3 times to get through and got answer phone. I left messages but no one bothered to reply. Sorry but honestly it was a waste of time. Thankfully I found help from a rescue centre in Redcar, they were a great help and took the Owl in. Without which they told us she would certainly have perished
