        Ive just transferred my dog from a different vets. We have been to both Newport and Skellingthorpe sites. The staff were wonderful at both. And amazingly helpful. Its feels a bit morbid praising this, but I do like the candle on the counter. Its a lovely way of saying that someone is saying fair well to their pet. And that the staff might be running late because of comforting those involved. Im very impressed.

        As a family we have used the VH for 40+ years I tend to use the Skellingthorpe branch as more convenient to me most of the staff are professional caring and friendly however the young lady on reception looks utterly miserable with zero customer skills
