Spoke to Ian about polishing and ceramic coating a new to us car we were due to get, Ian explained the options and processes and we agreed on a 2 stage polish to correct the paint issues that we knew the dealer would "hide" when they prepared it for us to pick up followed by a ceramic coating, we also opted for wheels, glass and interior coatings as well. We had an issue with the car so it wouldn't be available for our agreed date but Ian was good enough to rearrange for another week. We dropped the car off on the Sunday which was helpful so it didn't impact work on Monday, again Ian ran through the process, had a look round the car and was confident there shouldn't be any issues. We received an update mid week showing some before and afters and the improvement was obvious. Car was ready for collection as agreed on Friday afternoon, it looked stunning, the paint swirl free and the metallic popping. Ian explained any issues he'd found and corrected, ran through the best process to keep it looking so good and followed up with and email with links to products recommended. Ian's unit is well laid out with all the necessary kit and space. From first contact to collection a professional and friendly service, very happy with the results, sorry we got it dirty the next day! Absolutely no problem recommending Ian and his services. From the first contact with Ian, I was impressed and reassured that my new - and as yet undelivered - car would be in very capable hands. After visiting his studio, it became clear that here was a person that would cherish your vehicle and produce the outstanding quality of finish that you desired. Inspecting the vehicle at the dealership prior to me collecting the car, he highlighted the "quality" of its finish in the showroom. This may have been acceptable to an average buyer, but I wanted my car to look as good as possible. Thanks to Ian's dedicated and professional attitude, this is exactly what I was presented with after leaving the car with him for four days. He kept me informed of progress at all stages, including photos and videos of the car in showroom condition, after remedial work and finally after he worked his magic with ceramic paint protection and paint protection film of key areas. If you have a volume manufactured car or a high end motor, rest assured that Ian will treat them all with the same attention to detail. He is an extremely skilled and accomplished professional. Ian worked on my car, doing a stage 1 paint correction (clay bar, machine polish, and wax), wheels off & ceramic coated, arches dressed, calipers ceramic coated, engine bay dressed, interior cleaned. I was extremely happy with the quality of work, and the price quoted, and would not look elsewhere for future work. Ian also gave great customer service, and was very easy to deal with.
