Shocking service from the Tutors/Manager, I'm a qualified hairdresser myself so I know everyone has to train. My hair is 2 different colours blonde being at the bottom I asked not for bleach on the ends but toner it was washed with bleach has turned a ginger colour. which has never happened before. I asked after it was done to have a toner on because of this and the Tutor wouldn't let her do it. Not the girls fault at all.. I also rang up the next day and asked again to have it put right (first thing in the morning, they said next week (it was done on a tue ) I couldn't make it the week after. (I had already pointed this fact out before I said I will book at my hairdressers if you cant put the bottom right) So I made an appointment at my hairdressers, then rung up to see if I could have my money back. The MANGERS answer was you have to give us chance to put it right.( which I had twice ) or you can have a 5 voucher to come in again ,when I said I didn't want to come in again. She said " WELL ITS NOT LIKE YOUR HAIR AS FELL OUT AND CALLED ME A LIAR WHEN I TOLD HER HOW MUCH I PAY FOR MY HAIR AT THE HAIR DRESSERS." SHOCKING FROM A MANGER. SO WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BOSS SHE SAID SHE WAS IT. SHE WAS AGGRESIVE /RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. so I put the phone down as she kept repeating herself and telling me I only pay for products. It doesn't matter what you pay for,in the end you pay for your hair to be right and most of all not to be SPOKEN TO LIKE THAT.
