I personally love this place, I think the staff are amazing some of them I have seen before:)) one day I would like to work there maybe because I like climbing plus I like helping others have fun I went twice in a week the first time was really busy abt 17climbets and 4 instructors and the second time was really quiet 4 climbers and 3 instructors

Took my two daughters here and the two lads working were very attentive to their job . Did great with all the kids. Well done, my girls loved it and wanted to go back straight after.

Manager not interested in business. Barley anyone using it but refused to allow one child on saying only one staff member working so limited places. Here's a thought get stuck in and help rather than turning business away. Also very over priced in comparison to similar venues around UK.

This is an absolute joke. The website said the first session was ten. They didnt let us know that it actually started at eleven after we waited for thirty minutes. After they booked at least double the maximum amount of kids on. There was only two employees working which one was the manager, the other employee was severely hungover. The management wasnt good and spoilt the rest of the plans for the day. A terrible experience. I would give it zero stars but thats not possible.
