        Booked 3 appointments for Saturday, confirmed the Wednesday before, turned up 5 minutes early, noone showed up, place was empty, all messages ignored and calls straight to answerphone, absolute waste of time! Managed to get a walk in appointment at another studio who said that it's common practice for her.
