I bought incontinence for my gf the back was abit loose but no big deal it helped her will definitely be back n excellent service from staff n very understanding her problem can't fault this place

Hired a scooter on tues for the mother, bev was absolutely fantastic put mum at ease explained everything we needed to know excellent customer service would recommend to everyone.

A bolt had fallen out of the seat on my mobility scooter while on holiday in skegness, I went into Seacroft Mobilty and spoke to Jo who promptly brought a tin of nuts and bolts out for me to look through and lent me the allen key and spanner to do the repair. She wouldnt take any money for the nut and bolt etc. Great person and very helpful, sorted out a problem on the first day of our holiday.

Hi, we called to the skegness shop in on Friday 12th August as my scooter had stopped working and was in need of help. Its was 20mins before the shop close and Bev was more than happy to help. She wasn't bothered about the time just wanted to get me up and running again. Bless her heart she was a star! Took my battery apart an got in going again. Thank you so much Bev I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Thank you again xxxx
