        Went there today to buy a phone case for my phone, i was welcomed with a smile, the customer service is amazing, they're helpful and kind so I'm happy with my experience there.

        Woke up to black screen of death!! Called into Phones Direct who were absolutely brilliant . They initially checked the software that was ok so quoted me for a new screen. We went shopping whilst they did that but rang me and asked me to call back as new screen was the same so diagnosed the motherboard as the problem. They offered a resolution of sending it away but I decided on a new phone at a very reasonable price and they took the trouble to transfer my old phone contents over even though it was tricky. Brilliant service and communication, highly recommended Deb n Di.
