        Called in on 16/07/2022 to pick up an order, was waiting for the shop to open at 9am , the assistant did not even arrive at the store until 9am, opened the door 5 mins later, said i had come to collect my order, no smile such a sour faced assistant, and refused to give it to me, as i did not have the email saying my order was ready to collect,, i had the card i made the payment from, photo id, order number, full address, email address, and still would not give me my order, such a little jobsworth and an absolute discredit to the company, never had this problem when i have collected orders from the store, i only ordered via click and collect as i go shopping each saturday in Skegness, so i now have to make another 30 mile round trip to collect my order, shame on you,, You know who you are....
