My parents went with this company they've had nowt but trouble. Staff not answering phone calls . Saying they'd contact them back and not doing so. My parents suffer with health problems and this has definitely contributed to this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. messed them about for last 6 months so parents have took it off market. Dont go with this company

Absolutely shocking company my parents have been strung along and messed about for over 6 months .They claimed to have found them a buyer so my parents accepted the offer and took there home of the market 6 months of being messed about by William h brown staff who ignored there calls and messages strung them along with 3 different dates for the new owners to complete the sale .Then finally after 6 months decided to let my parents know the buyers concerned where known to the company for doing this with other property's as they had done this before saying they wanted to buy property's stringing the owners along for months with no intentions of actually buying so why would William h brown deal with these people and let this keep happening is beyond me .This experience has left my elderly parents exhausted and took a toll on there health to the point they haven't the strength to go through with selling anymore .I would not like anybody else to experience this so i felt I needed to write this review .
