Please note this review is for the downstairs, home section. They seem to be the same business Incredibly rude staff member, observed her being snappy with a customer who didn't want old 1's 5 days before they became not legal tender. The shop was trying to offload the pound coins so they didn't have to bank them obviously even though that's the point. The people spend their pounds, the shops bank those pounds and the bank removes them from circulation. When the customer then asked for a bag she snapped "im just getting you one" in a snotty sarcastic tone. Then the customer apologised for being awkward and the staff member rolled her eyes and said "you weren't the first today and won't be the last" Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Avoid!

Fantastic Baby & Nursery Goods Shop, located on the First Floor unfortunately due massive theft problems but we always have staff on hand to help you with prams and babies up & down the stairs. Only Silver Cross Heritage Centre for East Lincolnshire. Lots of new Suppliers taken on board in last 6-12mths including Venicci, My Babiie, Concord, Tutti Bambini, Red Kite, egg, Mutsy....the list just goes on. Since having the new shop frontage in July 2015 we are certainly helping to make the High Street more appealing. Call in and see us and experience our lovely warm welcome, nothing is ever too much trouble ~ Nicola and The Team look forward to meeting you all, old and new
