2 of the staff members, who I found out later 1 was the manager, were stood behind the sales desk discussing another member of staff very unprofessionally and using some quite colourful words too.
Having plenty of experience running a store myself I found this to e very rude and unprofessional behaviour, especially on a shop floor for customers to experience!
