14/03/2022 brought a corner sofa + foot stool , paid for it in store, sofa turned up damaged 2 weeks later with a dip in the arm like the support was missing then i got told that the foot stool didnt turn up from manufactor. 2 half months later still waiting for damaged part to be replaced on different dates 26 phone calls were made to the store and i kept being told that the manager will call me back as she was dealing with it but this never happened, on the 06/06/2022 the store called me to say the damaged part can be replaced now , i have already filed for a section 75 refund chargeback with my bank 3 weeks ago as i never heard anything from mananger until today 08/06/2022 i told her that i said to the chap who called me on the 6th that i had filed for a charge back then she stated that she would only take it back if it was as good as new ( though it was sold damaged )or i could not have a refund as she has disputed my chargeback with her bank . from previous comments on here this looks to be a shore that buys rejects and sales them for top money stir clear of this store !!!!!!!!!
